AMVETS Career Center Reporting

Introduction Welcome to the AMVETS Career Center reporting website. From this site, you can submit initial interview (registration) forms, complete monthly training activity reports and keep track of your career center income and expenses. The forms and reports available on this site eliminate the need for the paper and/or Excel reports that you have been submitting.
  • The Initial Interview form replaces the paper initial interview form. You no longer need to fax or email the form. You do not need to keep a paper copy of the initial interview form unless you want to do so. However, for the time being, you will need to keep a paper or electronic copy of the DD-214 at your local career center.
  • The Career Assistance report replaces the paper/Excel version of the report. All of your current and past monthly reports will be on-line, eliminating the need to fax/email reports each month.
  • The Financials report replaces the Monthly Career Center Financial Report. It eliminates the need for written financial reports that currently are submitted to AMVETS state headquarters.
Note: Career Center coaches and supervisors have exclusive access to the Initial Interview forms and Career Assistance reports, using their assigned (Mindleaders) user ids and passwords. Finance officers and/or those responsible for completing the career center financial reports have exclusive access to Financials reports and are prevented from viewing and entering Initial Interview or Career Assistance information.
Initial Interviews An Initial Interview form must be completed for each new veteran who requests assistance from the Career Center. For our purposes, a veteran is anyone who is eligible for regular membership in AMVETS, including veterans, active duty personnel and members of the National Guard and Reserves. A non-veteran is anyone who is not a vet, including the spouse and children of vets, members of the AMVETS Auxiliary and Sons organizations and members of the general public.
Training Reports By the 10th of each month, a Training Summary Report must be submitted to the Career Center director. This report includes all of your career center activity for the previous month. The report helps determine evaluation of local career center performance and is a prerequisite for receiving awards or financial rebates.
This is accessible only by Career Center Coaches and Supervisors.  Career Center Finance personal are not permitted.
Training Reports Summary This allows you to view current and past Career Assistance reports and enables you to track the performance of your career center over time.
Financials Each month, a Monthly Career Center Financial Report must be filled out and submitted to AMVETS state headquarters. This report records your career center’s contracted income for AMVETS Career Center, Inc., as well as your local career center expenses.
Financials Summary This allows you to view current and past Financials reports and enables you to track the income and expenses of your career center over time.
